About Our Office
In 1996, following a decade of running the citywide eviction defense center in San Francisco, Cathy Mosbrucker and Mary Jane Foran went into private practice in an office located in San Francisco’s historic Flood Building.
Their practice is completely devoted to representing San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley tenants in disputes with their current and former landlords. They do not represent landlords! Mosbrucker & Foran specializes in lawsuits involving wrongful evictions, illegal rental units, landlord harassment and substandard living conditions.
Because both Cathy and Mary have extensive experience working for non-profit agencies, they do everything in their power to minimize the costs of litigation for their clients while providing those clients with first class representation.
